What kinds of records the business has, how they are linked and what the “Today” page shows — set by one description, not by programming.
How it works
The description names the kinds of records — a deal, a payment, a document, a product — what each must contain and what it is linked to, plus the lists of the “Today” page by tab. From it the system checks the records, builds the page and gives the AI the outline of the business and everything linked to a single record. Totals over linked records — what has been paid on an invoice, which documents are missing — stay with the program.
What a person does
Tells how the business works and what they want to see every day. The AI proposes the description and the tabs; the person corrects it in their own words.
